Shipping Policies:
When receiving shipment, be sure to inspect all packages for damage before signing to accept the machines. All freight shipments are curbside delivery to the back of the truck. Inside delivery and liftgate are available for an extra cost. If there is any damage to the machine or packaging, be sure that you make a note of it on the proof of delivery receipt. If the damage is not noted it will make it difficult to file a freight claim.

Freight claims are the responsibility of the purchaser. If there is damage to the merchandise, the purchaser must file a freight claim within 15 days of receiving the equipment. Packing materials must be retained for inspection.

Warranty Information:
All machines and products are backed and governed by the manufacturer’s full warranty. All warranty situations will be handled by the manufacturer and are subject to any changes put forth by the manufacturer.

Return Policy:
Customer has 30 days from date of order to return item. There will be a 25% restocking fee assessed to all returned items. Purchaser agrees to pay freight/shipping on all returned items.

Returned items must be in like new condition. Any damage to returned machines would result in additional fees.
All returns are exchanged for equal or lesser value equipment and/or Credit. If the value of the returned item is less than the value of the item it is being exchanged for, purchaser must pay any and all additional costs. No cash refunds will be awarded.
Purchaser is responsible for shipping arrangements back to Manufacturer of origin unless otherwise agreed upon by both parties. We will provide customer with a return authorization number to be used to verify the returned items prior to shipping returned equipment. Any equipment without an RA number will be refused and returned to the shipper at the shipper's expense.

Payment Policy:
Movie Vending accepts Visa, MasterCard and Discover credit cards. Purchaser may also pay by cashier’s check, money order, business check or personal check. For orders outside of the United States check, money order, or wire transfer are the only forms of payment accepted by Movie Vending. Movie Vending must receive all payments before purchased equipment is shipped. We will wait a minimum of 5 business days when receiving a business or personal check before shipping.

All online payment shall be made by a credit card. Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of the order or our offer to sell. We reserve the right, without prior notification, to accept or decline your order or limit the order quantity for any reason. For credit card payments, such payment is subject to the approval of the financial institution issuing the credit card and we shall not be liable in any way if such financial institution refuses to accept or honor the credit card for any reason. We may require, at our option, that any order placed over certain dollar amounts receive our pre-approval. We also may require additional verification or information before accepting any order.

When using a credit card, purchaser authorizes Movie Vending to charge the full amount due to said credit card. Purchaser also agrees that no refunds and/or returns will be honored on the credit card transaction. The manufacturer warrants the original purchaser that all products are covered under its full manufacturer warranty for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase.

All purchasers using a credit card must be 18 years of age or older.

Leasing Options:

All leasing programs are through independent lease companies. Movie Vending does not lease equipment directly and is not responsible for rates, down payments, or other lease options. Individual leasing companies retain the right to approve or deny any applicant. Rates are subject to change without notice. To obtain an up to date rate quote please call 800-435-6415.

Typographical Errors:
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error or error in pricing or product information, we shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for products listed at the incorrect price. We shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card has been charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, we shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge.

Product Availability:
We cannot guarantee product, thus, these items may not be available for immediate delivery. We reserve the right, without liability or prior notice, to revise, discontinue or cease to make available any or all products or to cancel any order. If there is any revision, discontinuance, or cessation, we may cancel your order.

Taxation:
All Illinois customers will be charged 8.75% sales tax. All other U.S. customers will not be charged taxes.
